Return Policy

You can return non- perishable items within 7 business days. All we ask is that you return these items with their original packaging. If you are not sure you are keeping an item, please do not open or remove seal (if applicable).

For perishable items like your frozen foods, item return is limited due to hygiene concerns. When your delivery arrives, we will go through your order with you. If there is anything you’re not happy with, you can hand it back and we will replace the item or issue you a refund. Perishable items cannot be returned after we leave because of hygiene concerns.

Refunds

We offer full refunds on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 7 days of purchase. All we ask is you provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.

Refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. Once we receive your item and return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
